Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plantation

The Chipotle off N. University/W Sunrise is in a great location and busy work area. This brings in plenty traffic and profit for the restaurant. That alone should motive the customer service. People come here during lunch hours and families come here to eat. If staff cannot provide good customer service at least be more welcoming. I came here to pick up an order and the employee responsible for online orders did not acknowledge myself and the customer behind me. The orders were not placed on the shelf and we had to ask. We were not greeted, only handed the order and done. I don’t know if this location has a manager but the company can offer to retrain employees on how to better provide customer service. Especially, where tips are appreciated. If it was me, I would be racking in tips to earn tips for myself and my employees.

Horrific service, egotistical workers that believe they have no consistency with their service quality and food quality. Should not have to go one day for a 15 burrito that’s 800 calories and the next that burrito is 400 calories. I have seen tons of commotion at this chipotle because of this and every time they think they are in the right. It’s always the same couple workers. Not fair to customers paying money.

They try to skimp you on portions (some patrons, not all I think that's called discrimination) and then catch an attitude when you address the issue. Will not go back to this location.

Went in late, 1050pm, ..girl serving was eating something while aerving, then the cashier shortchanged me!...watch your change ! I know she did on purpose..good food, but this location, 2 stars

When I asked for a drink the clerk charged me and I Said I need a cup for water..n she was rude and said u said a drink now I have to wait to void the transaction..since when did water became a non drink option..its in the same drink cooler machine.. your job is to ask the customer what they'd like before rushing to ring up the item on assumption.. I couldn't even finish my sentence and she rang up the soda option and when I corrected her that my drink of choice is Water she was too annoyed.. the place wasn't clean and the food being prepared was not being handled properly.. I looked up reviews of this location and they had a lot of findings.. I felt sick eating the food..will not return
