Taco Bueno - Plano

The lady saw that I waited for order, looked at me and went back to her phone. Cockroaches in the toilet. They also talk about the place that is affected by cockroaches in Spanish. The services are terrible.

Has been in this bueno for years, always great service, clean and quite empty inside. It is one of the last Taco Buenos Aires that stood in the surrounding areas. I'd be really sad if they were closed.

Update: 8/11/22 I called three times today and it is now 12:53 and its telephone line is still busy. What a joke! 8/10/22 I was in this Taco Bueno a lot, but today was the worst ever! I ordered beans and cheese nachos with the beans and cheeses on the side and they put them in a huge black polystyrene container of themselves and they over the whole outside. The chips were so stable that they were not edible! I tried to call three times today to let them know what happened and the line is busy.

Customer service gets 5 stars! We went through the drive thru and they were attentive and polite. They got our order wrong and we didn't know until we got back home. We went back and they let us keep the stuff we didn't pay for and gave us the stuff we were missing. All with a smile and no argument!
