Taco Bell - Plano

I visit this location for late night snacks as it’s close by, and the same drive thru employee always seems to be working. Always so rude. I get working late night in fast food can be difficult, but if you have nice customers saying thank you and have a great night, it’d be nice to not be ignored and have the window literally shut on you. That employee has such an attitude I am surprise he has even lasted that long in that position.

The employee working the drive through was very rude! Sounded disinterested in taking the order, couldn’t bother to clarify questions if we had any.The food from this location will cause a very unhappy and upset stomach.Do not recommend this location.

One employee consistently talked over us while we were ordering which led to lots of misunderstandings, did not give receipts, rolled her eyes when we asked for one. Overall poor service.

Very clean. Better than average Taco Bell food. Good price for much food. I liked it a lot.
