Saltgrass Steak House - Plano

Great service, great food and a delightful environment. Rico, our waiter, was a champion. Always on top of things.

The server was great! He was friendly and happy to talk with you about the menu, drinks, and anything else on your mind. The bread food was excellent and delivered to the table as ordered. The ice tea refills are done nicely with another full glass plus a full carafe to keep you well stocked. The manager stopped by to check if we needed anything else or had questions/feedback.

We stopped for a late steak dinner on a Sunday night. The service was wonderful, Alejandra took great care of us even though she was busy. She made recommendations, made sure to take her time with us and came back to check on us several times. All 3 of us got different cuts, ribeye, filet, and a T- bone and all were very good. I'd go back again tomorrow!

I was served by a young man, which I cant remember the name of but he was super attentive and wasn't pushy about the offer of their new dining club they have going on with many other restaurants. The bread was okay, the Caesar salad was okay, but what made this place great is the steak and the service. The steak was tender and flavorful. Definitely beat my expectations.

We were there recently during the week. I will say I want to give you less stars due to getting rid of my favorite PRIME RIB! ... BUT our waiter, RICO was about the best waiter we have ever have!!!! Attentive, helpful, polite, and not slow at all... he was even fun!!! Can we get the PRIME Rib back?!? And then I will make our reservations for which ever day Rico is working!!!
