Pinstack - Plano

I brought my daughter, family, and friends in for her birthday. I originally wanted to book a room but it was a ridiculous amount of $700+ for 45 minutes in room with some food. I ended up reserving bowl lanes, buying game cards for everyone and paying for their food which came out to be less than the room. However, one of my guests and I ordered a mocktail both which tasted rancid and spoiled. The food was okay nothing special which I guess is to be expected of locations such as these? There were several games that were not working or reading the game card with no one around that could help. The bathrooms were disgustingly stinky and dirty. Our servers and vence were the nicest part of the place.

I've been there a couple of times. But was celebrating my husbandsan I's 18yr Anniversary w/o kids. Better customer service the counter would have been awesome. But overall great.

The place was relatively empty when we arrived and the staff at the bowling desk were helpful at first but then when we had trouble with our lane they seemed annoyed that we needed help. We had to tell them 3 times before they moved us to another lane and had a technician work on the problem. The staff at the bar also seemed uninterested in helping us. Not sure why everyone seemed to be in a bad mood, but overall it was not a terrible experience. We have had better experiences on previous visits. I hope this was a fluke and our next visit will be better.

I had an amazing time and the service was on point! Oh do not let me forget about the food and drinks! Totally worth the trip!!

This place is super fun but don't skip out on the treats. They have a great menu. I loved the Philly Cheesesteak. You must try their shakes. They are big and good. The Cookie Monster is a 32oz game changer. If you like oreos, you will go crazy over this shake.
