I love Einsteins Bagels but this location was a little off. The staff was amazing and the store was very clean but the bagels were very flat and not as fluffy as other locations I’ve been. Additionally, the eggs and bacon didn’t taste very fresh. I wasn’t able to finish my bagel but maybe I just went on a bad day.

This is my first time visiting this store and I'm here to buy some bagel, but who wants to come back from this store because I feel this bad about how she(casher) treats me? I hesitated because I didn't understand the accent she was talking to, but I was also in a bad mood, so I ignored her. Casher, she needs to learn to be nice to her guests. Who knew I would feel this bad like today at the store I went to pay for my own money...
