Chifa Tian Shuai - Piura

My partner and I ate here for lunch and expressly asked for no meat, carne, pollo chancha etc. The waitress understood our request, but we were served a meat dish throughout the Chaufa rice. Such mistakes happen in South America, but the service we received after our explanation was terrible. They did not offer us alternative rice or a new dish, nor did they take the dish off the bill automatically. It was impossible to explain the problem and why we were not willing to pay the full price, and the waiters agreed to us, but their manager sat on a table in the restaurant and refused to speak to ourselves. We have never experienced such a bad service for such a serious problem not eating here.

I ordered Chaufa rice and asked for it without chicken or meat that the waitress understood, but then after a few mouthful I realized that it was actually shredded meat in rice. The manager continued to play a game on his phone, instead of hearing our worries and after a lot of time and argue later, only agreed to take 3 soles out of the bill without excuse. Absolutely rude and the food was bland anyway not eating here.

Decidimos hacer que este domingo fuera especial y optamos por comprar Chifa en este restaurante por recomendación de una hermana. Gastamos S/. 76.= en un almuerzo para 5 personas, que llevamos a casa. Incluía Pollo enrollado, Ti pay kay, 3 porciones grandes de arroz chaufa mixto, 1 docena de wantan y 3 gaseosas personales. Las porciones eran lo suficientemente grandes como para quedar satisfechos. Lo recomiendo, ya que el sabor fue excelente y el servicio fue rápido.
