Wendy's - Pittsburgh

Says it’s open until 1am on Tuesday. Went at 10:30 pm. Stayed at speaker for 15 minutes. Drove around and saw one person inside. No one came to window. Left. They don’t usually get your order right here but they try more than the other ones around here…. Usually…

Worst Wendy’s in the world. Has been drive thru only since covid in 2020, yes it’s still drive thru to this day. So I try to utilize the drive thru and they say they can’t take any orders. Never going to a Wendy’s again. I’ll get my high blood pressure from McDonalds.

STAFF DID AWESOME we had a large order. The 2 workers hustled and made sure our order was right. THEY DESERVE A RAISE AND A BOUNS.Food: 5/5

Ordered a Dave's classic combo and it was cold and the bun was hard. They reheated and burned the fries and gave me another cold burger. Called in and they made the order right. Only took an hour to get what I originally ordered.

This location is next to my hotel i am at for work. i walked over was apologized to that the lobby is closed but i could order online, it's 2022, that's fine ! i talked to 2 of the employees while i waited because they were outside as well. they were apologizing that they're under staffed and trying their best with the staff they have. we talked about how my hotel used to be the ones school and they were all over all very nice and doing as best and as quickly as possible.
