Rip-off I was deceived. Never go to this store. The pizza and coffee are too bad and they charge exorbitant prices. Even though I went into a cheaper and dirty shop, I was charged with the receipt from the restaurant next door. The pizza was bad, the cafe was too bad, and what's more, the cafe was too expensive, with a 15% service charge. This amount is fraudulent. Again, it was requested with a receipt from a different store. This is a store run by a fraud group. I was stupid to go in without reading the reviews. I hope there are no more victims like me. A gypsy-like clerk. This is a store that treats customers just like thieves and pickpockets. Dirty shop not worth considering the service charge. A female clerk with bad eyes. This restaurant is so disappointing that I immediately responded to my review. Admittedly, when I went there, it was lunchtime, but there were hardly any customers. It's a lie that hundreds of people come every day. Don't be fooled. Maybe I was bored, but I saw a male clerk kissing a female clerk. In Italy, it may be a greeting, but it was unpleasant. The expensive coffee and 15% service charge are exorbitant in this dirty, unappetizing establishment. Please be careful not to be deceived. I saw other people's posts and realized that this store was evading taxes. The receipt I received was cut off in an unnatural place. By canceling the transaction and pretending that the money was never deposited, they are evading even more of the large sum of money. Those who enrich their own pockets by stealing money from even the poorest of us and not paying taxes will be punished.

Our experience here was good. We stopped by after visiting the Tower and although it was pretty busy, we didn't have to wait long for our order. The pizzas were tasty, the beer good. They put a lot of bread on the table that was delicious. The person who attended us was friendly. Even though we speak in Spanish. That was not inconvenient for them to serve us. When paying the consumption, the bill did not have any unpleasant surprises. We went because the place was recommended to us and we were not disappointed.

If we take into account the slowness of the service (2.30 hours), the friendliness and hygiene of the servers, the filth of the dishes and the multiple restrictions when paying (impossible to divide the bill), this makes us a restaurant to flee. I want to clarify that I am not associated with any competitors; I 'm simply a frequent traveler who is a foodie and review restaurants and shares my experiences. If you check my other reviews, you 'll see this. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant left a lasting negative impression on my nephew and me. After dining here, he refused to eat pizza for the entire week. The quality of the food was disappointing, to say the least. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their food and service. It 's essential to address these issues and provide a better experience for customers. This establishment was, in my opinion, one of the worst in the area, and I would caution others against dining here. The pizza lacked flavor, and I strongly recommend looking for alternatives.
