I stopped at lunch (without booking). Great staff, it seems to be home. I ate a great risotto with porcini mushrooms and truffle, a pig cheek (which melted in the mouth) with polenta and mushrooms and a glass of lagrein reserve. right price for food eaten. advice!
We stopped one Sunday at lunch, the room is cozy and accommodates several covers. we had the option to choose from a menu to there cards or the menu of the day. the service was fast enough and the appropriate portions. we ate a first and a second: risotto was a little untied while the pig was really delicate and tasty. prices adapted to the quality of the products used typical of the area.
Everything makes you think about the Trentino when you enter the briciola, from the chairs to the decor of the room to the paintings on the walls, as well as the menu: really good price for the typical dishes offered. we dined in this little place by taking the Tyrolean spaztle with speck nuts and mascarpone, a trout with herbs and side vegetables. all really great, only known perhaps in the dumplings too much nuts and little speck.
