Uncle Chung - Pinole

4/8/22 This is not the first time that Uncle Chung has disappointed us, so I wait months before I try again. The sweet acidic pork was very dry dark hard meat, which was heated again. I had to throw it out. The beef chow my was edible maybe 2 stars. Very disappointed. I was very excited about at least decent food. The payment of yesterday's (or longer) meat is not okay. My family has come here since I was born, and I'm 27 now, and we're still coming here many times. It's the only Chinese place I love, and we come here for all birthdays. Come to this place if you want good food that's not fat. (Get her Chinese chicken salad and a Shirley temple, they are amazing)

Great food and great service! The views are really pretty from the upper dining area, especially when the sun is setting. Great family-friendly atmosphere yet also nice for a date night. The waiters are very attentive; you never feel like they forgot about you. ??

Good quality food and one of the few places I know of that still serves a genuine lemon chicken plate. Most places want to downgrade the quality of their good. It's good to see they haven't.

Wow, I was in a wealth of authentic Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area, and in no way I try to be mean, but this place is one of the worst I have ever tried in my life. The Chinese food here was absolutely terrible, there was no taste in any of the dishes we bought, and the food was simply made sloppy. I guess the people who live in this area are simply fooling to think of their good Chinese food, but this place does not come close. If you want authentic Chinese dishes in Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco, the best Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area has. The Great China in Berkeley is excellent if you want to eat genuine authentic Chinese food. Even the Hunan Villa is the next city in Pinole to beat this place out of the water. -1/10
