Anacapri Italian - Pinecrest

The food is good and the prices are reasonable but the help and the wait staff and the manager and everyone in there have a terrible attitude I really wonder how this place have lasted this long with such poor human interaction

This was the second time i was dragged to this restaurant and, honestly, anacapri is one of the worst restaurants i have ever been to. absolutely everything i ate was disgusting and flavorless. learning my lesson from the first time i went here i ordered the caesar salad with chicken because surely you cannot mess up caesar salad. turns out, you can! it was absolutely awful, there was way too much oil in the dressing which dulled the entire flavor and defeated the purpose of caesar salad. then i traded with my grandma who ordered the spinach salad which was better but still disgusting and t w e l v e dollars. service is friendly but inefficient, everything was made poorly, the only saving grace was the cook on the chicken which was actually quite nice (but certainly not worth the misery of the rest of the experience. having gone to one of the best restaurants i've ever eaten at last night (minty z in the gables; highly recommend this was such a disappointment. with so many great restaurant options in miami, do not waste your money here.

We eat a lot of Italian food and Anacapri has become one of our favorite date spots. We have never been disappointed, the consistency is on point. We always get the Bruschetta or meatball/sausage appetizer. And for dinner we do the Tortellini alla Bolognese and the Fiocchi, both are so tasty. I definitely recommend Anacapri 10/10.

Very unfortunately we did not have a good experience at Anacapri. Reviews play an important role in the this community, they help many make an informed decision about whether the business is providing a good service or not. For my husband and I, it has been the worse customer service we’ve ever experienced and directly from the “manager” Maria. In addition to having a hard time just trying to place our order and then getting the order correct. When trying to speak with Maria about the risotto with mushrooms I had taken literary one bite of, she went off on me and my husband in a very rude and sarcastic manner. She stated what I was describing about the taste was IMPOSSIBLE and it was a shame I did not like imported mushrooms from Italy! My husband as a business owner was in complete shock! We could not believe our ears or what was happening! Maria conducted herself in an unprofessional and emotional manner not letting my husband or I get a word across. Not to mention we were disappointed with their food and what we had to pay for it. Maria refused to give us any type of credit after we returned the COMPLETE risotto dish. Couldn’t agree more with Lorenzo’s T review here. We will certainly NOT return here or recommend it. In order for reviews to function optimally, they have to be accurate representations of the experience. Sad to say this was our experience.

I have never written a review before but today is my first time. My husband and I were looking forward to ordering a nice meal from a restaurant after eating my home cooked food for months. We ordered Calamari which is one of our favorite appetizers and order it from many different restaurants. The calamari was so bad we could not eat it and threw the whole order away.We were going to treat ourselves with a order of garlic bread. It was so tuff you needed a saw to cut through it. Now this meal was just ordered at 5pm when they just opened for business so they can't say it was sitting there unless it was from the day before.The sausage and meatballs was in a brown gravy sauce which was interesting. Editable but I did not eat it. So disappointing we were so looking forward to having a nice meal after eating my soso home cook meals for months.
