Subway - Phoenix

Subway is for the most part pretty good. Veggies are always fresh and the bread is good.

Very busy, there were 3 ladies working the counter the First Lady doesn’t listen when yo say No bacon on the sub so I had to have it removed, the middle lady was the only one that I saw a name tag on her hat and I believe it said Erunda I’m not sure if she is a manager but she was pretty bossy the 3rd lady worked the register and put the vegetables on subs there was a mishap on an order and this Erunda lady reprimanded the cashier lady in front of a store full of people, and then as the pool lady was trying to put vegetables on my sub she kept pulling her to get called in orders so my subs were ice cold by the time I got them I would give zero stars for this one lady Erunda, and 4 stars for the cashier lady she was trying but she was being bullied by Erunda

I ordered a meal online for delivery for the first time, and when I got my delivery, I only got the sandwich with none of the sides and drinks that was included in my order and I paid over $10 just so I could avoid delivery fee. They didn’t even give the driver the drink or sides when it was picked up when it’s literally on the receipt. How can I trust their delivery service if they didn’t even bother to make sure to have all of items in the order.

Haven’t been to this location and years and it’s absolutely horrible. They didn’t have any ice and didn’t tell us till after they charged us. Then Said we can get a bottle soda if we wanted. So we had no choice but we were limited because the case was about half full. The tomato’s looked horrible and my daughter pulled them out and refused to eat them. They looked old and mushy. Then when I asked for the bathroom key they said they didn’t have one to the women’s restroom.

Worst place ever, you guys close at 10 right ? I’ve been here waiting outside, calling nonstop with the sign saying still open. Corporate will be contacted especially with all these reviews !
