Sonic Drive-In - Phoenix

I ordered off the app and it was a pretty easy process. The food was decent, with the exception of the popcorn chicken. It was literally all tiny pieces of breading. Almost zero chicken. It was like they gave me the bits that were left in the fryer.

Just stopped in for a snack. I had tater tots and my friend had a corn dog. The tater tots were too a little salty and a little cooler that I would have liked. Ordering was difficult because they were having trouble with their speaker system. But, the order taker came out to the car to take the order. The food arrived sooner than I expected ????Not the greatest experience but not bad.

I always love coming to this Sonic. However today the service I got was not at there top level. Which is okay just thought I would share. I ordered drinks and the last drink was a Lime flavored Limeade. For whatever reason that was not understood. The lady came out and asked what I wanted. I calmly restated Lime limeade please. She was like what flavor a Lime Limeade. I was not sure why there was a communication break down. There was so finally she repeated a Lime limeade. Yes, that is the flavor that was it. She came all the way to the vehicle to ask about that flavor. I am not mad just puzzled as to did I order something out of the ordinary? No, it was on the menu as was a mini shake. Sonic still has great drinks. Tonight there was just a communication challenge.

Sonic never disappoints and is always consistent. This location the staff is very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. I ordered a cheeseburger, two large fry, and a grilled cheese. The order was nice and hot and was yummy.

Usually theres good service. But, this morning I ordered 5 #14 combos and 2 of the burritos had bacon when I ordered sausage...I had to wait additional minutes for them to fix my order...the drive thru lady said she couldn't understand me because the speaker wasn't working well, like I had a fault in that ????.
