Schlotzsky's - Phoenix

The food here is really good for the location in and Kaylee is fav staff, but all the staff I felt were pleasant. The fiesta chicken is my favorite, but sometimes the club is good.

I highly recommend it! My food was on time, nice smile staff ready and ready to help. The sandwich was excellent as I ordered. The ingredients were fresh and of very good quality! Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

This restaurant is a great spot for a casual lunch sandwich. The seating area is very comfortable with plenty of windows and the staff is friendly. However, the food quality is a bit lacking. It seems like a mix between Panera and Applebee's. The menu is a bit confusing and could be organized better, but they seem to be going for a "catchy" approach. I might try another sandwich next time I visit.

The food at this restaurant was fresh, but the service was terrible. The girl working at the counter seemed very unhappy to have customers and appeared inconvenienced to take our order. The manager, and possibly the owner, were too preoccupied with moving supplies in and out to notice the rude employees.

The breads served at this restaurant are fantastic. Our family loves visiting this Schlotzsky's location. Our favorite items to order are the Original sandwich without onion and a bag of their branded chips. We also enjoy their pizza made on homemade sourdough bread. We highly recommend this place and visit whenever possible. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program for free food, and take advantage of the BOGO Pizza Wednesday deal.
