The orange chicken tasted like it was cooked hours before hand . Was hard and dry.

Every single time I go to this location through the drive through they somehow always manage to forget my items. They always are in a rush to take your order and do not even get things correctly. Do better.

I would leave zero stars if I could.... it's ridiculous at this location how rude and unprofessional most of these employees are. I just left this location after going through the drive through and I'm blown away by this whole experience. I literally go to the location 3+ times a week religiously and they are always rude at the drive through... like always! But today was the icing on the cake. it was a young girl named Vale who helped me and she took my order and WHILE I WAS STILL AT THE SPEAKER ORDERING I tried changing one of my entrees on my two entree plate and she literally told me no she already made it with what I had previously said like a whole five seconds before that... it's like are u serious? I'm still at the speaker ordering and she's going to tell me no?And than when I got to the window to pay she had a big smile on her face after giving me the dirtiest look ever... like just totally immature and unprofessional... so much so that I literally parked across the street to write this review right away! I will be finding a new location from now on... probably the one on Indian school...

If you're offering a kids meal make sure you put everything in it. Both juices missing and one apple crisp missing

Rude workers. You all forget who pays your check. I was missing a drink from my bundle and the young gal on the phone says we'll the driver took it. Well honey, I didn't get it. Thanks for the non help. These young kids need a lesson in how to treat customers. And guess what, I was a regular customer but not any more. But you probably don't care. No customer service, self centered.
