Kfc - Phoenix

The customer service was excellent, although the food was just average. The drive-thru line moved quickly and efficiently. The portion sizes were just right.

We arrived at the restaurant at 7:12, an hour before closing. Normally, we wouldn't do this to stores, especially fast food ones, but Jack in the Box next door turned us down so we went to the next closest option. The name on the receipt said Maria, but the person who took our order was a man with a heavy southern accent. We didn't catch his name, but we wanted to say that he was awesome! Despite it being so close to closing time and after being turned down by Jack in the Box, he really made us feel welcomed. He was kind, sweet, and a hard worker. Please give him a raise! The cashier worked on February 13th, 2022 around 7:12 pm.
