Buck's Bbq - Phillipsburg

Best ribs and brisket around!! Their wings are awesome too. The beans have huge chunks of Brisket and the greens are so soft. Really friendly staff too boot. I will be going back tonight!!

I ordered a brisket and cheddar sandwich, a pulled pork sandwich, and smoked buffalo wings. The sandwiches were served with sauces on the side, which I appreciated as a picky eater. Each sauce had a different flavor, allowing me to try them all. The sandwiches were decent, but the wings were fantastic! They were a good size and had plenty of meat on the bone. The buffalo sauce was delicious and had just the right amount of heat. Despite being a bit pricier than other options in town, they were the best wings I've had. The person working at the tent was friendly and relaxed, even during a busy night. I will definitely order from there again!

This restaurant offers the best BBQ north of the Mason-Dixon line. You can try to find better, but you won't.

We ordered wings, ribs, grits, collard greens, and macaroni and cheese for the kids for a party of 12. Everyone raved about how tasty the food was. The owners were incredibly helpful and I was grateful to have ordered from Buck's Barbecue so no one had to be stuck at the grill cooking for that many people! It was a truly fantastic time with incredible food cooked perfectly! Thank you!
