TGI FRIDAYS - Philadelphia (Center City)

Tgi Friday has deteriorated greatly from today's time. the menus were old and clinging coming, the tables were a bit worn, there was no decoration, only naked walls and floors, and a huge noise from the very loud customers. on a Saturday evening, although a dry wet, colder, the place was more than half empty. the waitress tried, but didn't have much money. eating was very good and cheap. I would not return despite the quality and price of food.

1. hostess was very rude, even tho we booked online 2 hours per head we had to wait. she said they never saw our online reservation. spoke to a 2nd hostess who sat us, but area was very dirty. kellner was wonderfully attentive synai

I ordered chicken pastes to come to find out that they have no garlic bread to go with my meal. I think they told me I had ordered something else before. for further reference I will find out first.

Did not honor my reservation time. Had to still put my name on a list upon getting there and had to wait an hour to be seated. Food was good. Typical TGIF food. Host was apologetic but still don't understand why i was able to make a reservation and still had to go on a list upon arrival.

The customer service experience was horrible the guest before us was having a issue where a sever spit in her food. I didn’t stay. I didn’t get seated or greeted.
