Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

When I'm ready for my lunch, I expect it to be ready for this time. I have many painting thru online orders here. I don't know if I'm the lazy layer or inexperienced or what, but every time I come to this chipotle, they always prioritize the front of the house and push pickup orders to the side, regardless of the time they put for pickup. plus the last time that I happened to those who laugh on the line and snorkely commentaries on pick-up orders that were collected in the corner of the restaurant. also they are never on forks or spoons and due to its amount of customers, so they can forget to ask them for one. would rather travel a few more miles, just to get a more organized and more pleasant experience than ordering from this müllfeuer of a restaurant. not coming back here

The filthiest, ghetto-est, chipotle in Philly. The whole place is ran by teenagers, they don’t wear hairnets or gloves, they talk over your food and toss the food everywhere. The chips are ALWAYS either chewy or stale and onlyGive you about half a hand full at that. They don’t clean up the stations. Literally you’ll see dried queso, darkened lettuce, tomato bites everywhere on the food board where they prepare your order. They are rude and don’t make your food like they care. If you want good service, clean atmosphere and a plentiful bowl, GO TO THE ONE ON WELSH AND THE BLVD.

This location needs to close. The chips are never fried right ! Like why are the chipsChewy but hard enough to break my fvckn teeth! Also yall need to stop pre cuping the guac IF ITS GONNA TURN BROWN. Just throw the whole store away ,This location dont care nothing about quality of the fvckn food they are serving .

Came here the other day and got 2 tacos and some chips and guacamole that I had ordered ahead through the app and I was very pleased with my experience. My food was ready and waiting for me by the time I got to the store, the tacos were fresh and hot(wish I could’ve gotten a pic of them but forgot to take one) and the chips guac were also very good too but wish they would’ve given me more guac in the cup they only filled it about half way. My only critique is the pickup shelf should be better accessible because when In I wasn’t sure whether I could go pick it up myself or if I had to ask for my food. But other than that I would definitely come back again in the future.

Grown women work here who manage to f up orders. They have one job and somehow make a bowl taste like straight sea salt. Should all be fired, go to a different chipotle.
