Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered extra sauce and paid for it but didn't get the extra

The chicken Philly was hardly a Philly. It has runny white cheese sauce and i only had about 1 green pepper on the whole sandwich. The items are a lot smaller than they appear on the website.

I dined in and have a grilled chicken Cobb salad. Chicken was very moist. The salad was fresh, all around. Great portion size too. Worth it. Clean dining area!!!! Great

I hate, hate, hate leaving bad reviews and especially with a fast food restaurant because I know they 're trying to expedite food quickly.We just moved out here and have visited this location a few times, today making it the 4th, every time I go the food is awful. I went today, got a sandwich and some cookies... sandwich was clearly sitting under a heat lamp, the bread on it was so stale it crumbled apart when I tried to bite into it, the chicken literally had to be ripped apart for me to even be able to chew. And the cookies were literally burnt to the point of no taste, just burnt flavors.And to add to it, the employees act like you 're an inconvenience for them when you ask them for your order.I work in service industry, I have for 11 years, I get we all have off days, but for it to be a repeating thing I 'm just annoyed by it after trying to give so many chances.Again, I know it 's just fast food , but I shouldn 't be paying for things that aren 't edible.

I get to work and realize that the sauces I asked for were not in the bag. I don’t eat my food without them. I like it that way that’s why I pay for it. I called the manager and told him about it all he says is well I can’t drive them to you. He said he was sorry but that he couldn’t drive them to me. I didn’t want him to drive them to me I just wanted him to be aware that I was throwing a $10 meal away because of them not doing what was asked. He was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I will never go here again. Can’t wait till the other one on 280 is reopened they were having construction done that’s the only reason I went to this one.
