Always either empty or one or two cars that take 45 min to move to the pickup window. Obviously staff issues. After waiting 30 minutes 2 days ago I just drove away. Today there is one car ahead. I wait 15 minutes and finally get to the box. Box can I take your order? Me 2 hamburgers Box what is that? Me 2 hamburgers. Box I don 't understand I can 't hear you Me hamburger Box .....silence So I drive off after 10 minutes. What is wrong with the staff? Obviously bad management but are they playing a game to get less orders? I had the simplest order in the world. Are they on drugs or truly don 't understand their training? I can only speculate bad things but the entire staff needs to be replaced. Something isn 't adding up here. Extremely dodgy group of employees and I feel like the location could be booming if they were trained properly.
If you order the door from here, please don't. The lobby is closed at night and the disc has to go through the ride thru, which will take for freak. Seriously, I was waiting in this line for 30 minutes to pick up a door bag order and the line wasn't even so long. I promise it's never worth waiting. Food: 2/5
TERRIBLE PLACE! Terrible service. I order online and after more than one hour from the agreed delivery time, they canceled my order without explanation and they still load me. I'll charge the credit card company. This is best inability. I am really happy that they did not deliver when this is how they manage their business, you can only imagine how they could treat their food! I might have hunted a bullet. Update: with all due respect, with an agreed response to a customer you are wrong to help you find out what happens in your business in a public forum is even more about what I expect. If you are rooted in good faith response, and not just a public demonstration to mask a fraud, I sincerely hope to hear from you back. Please also note that I am willing to evaluate my feedback and make a fair assessment, depending on how you respond. At the moment of this update, my cargo has not been dropped.
Worse place ever, they are always closing early. I just went to the drive through, they took my order and then closed the store before I got to the window.
