The Chippery & Co - Perth

I stopped by this restaurant a few days ago for a quick snack. I had passed by it on my way to another restaurant for dinner and decided to give it a try. I ordered fries and coffee. The service was quick and friendly. The fries and coffee were served promptly. The fries were delicious, topped with cheese, salt, and a tasty mayonnaise. They were clearly hand-cut and not the usual frozen variety. I would like to return and try something more substantial from their interesting menu.

We ordered takeout for lunch at work. The food was a bit cold by the time it arrived at the office, but still tasted good. I had the loaded potato and it was better when it was hot and fresh. The portion size was a bit small in my opinion. We sat in the back corner of the restaurant, right under the loudspeakers playing music loudly, making it hard to hear each other. There were outdoor seating options, but it was too cold when we left to sit outside. It would have been more comfortable and easier to talk if we had sat outside. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner this evening. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff was very friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a must-try!

This place is soouo good for Chit chat with Ur-Crew, best coffee, I can taste it, they use a beautiful coffee beans that lunch soo good, various food, I had that chips up with cattle stew and Mayo thing it was soou goood!!!...and the mac and cheeseballs is fantastic! the personal is hospitable!

Not the healthiest option but a delightful treat especially as the chips were very different from the usual bulk frozen ones. We tried the Belgium Chip Cone with an added serve of grilled fish and the Fish and Chip Cone. The serve of chips was...very generous and 1 between 2 of us would have been fine as even my husband could not finish his entire serve. The tartare sauce served with the fish /chip cone was delicious but was only on the top layer so you really do need extra bowls of dipping sauce. The attentive waiter did come and ask if we wanted more sauce but I was not sure if this meant paying an extra $4 per bowl so declined as we did already have bowls of the equally delicious curry sauce and Belgium mayo (should have asked of course). The serve of fish with this cone was very small but the batter was crisp and golden while the fish was fresh tasting and moist. fish and less chips would have been better. The Belgium cone with its mix of mayo and curry sauce as well as diced onion and flavored salt is delicious but, again, the sauce is on top and you are soon left with just plain chips unless you tip them onto a plate or get more sauce. The grilled fish was perfectly cooked, moist and full of flavor. Service was prompt and efficient and we appreciated the help yourself water with slices of lemon.
