Howie's Bistro - Perth Kinross

Don't remember being here but I was on a pub crawl and had a good night so this place must have been ok.

As superb as ever, great menu, cosy atmosphere and always a warm welcome from Howie's friendly and helpful staff. A firm favourite.

We had a great meal here. Lasagne was delicious and the fish basket was impressive. A very generous cheese board to finish. Drinks were lovely especially the Chenin Blanc. Good service by the friendly staff. Will definitely return next time.

We have been visiting this amazing village for years, what we normally do is walk up the river, we then normally head to the Atholl for a few wines-not in this case….they have an adorable real fire in “the bar” which we used to frequent with our little westie we were told today the bar is just for eating now and should we wish a couple of wines to head to the part that’s for drinks only-no atmosphere a complete change to what they used to be-also should my 2 year old wish something we would have to move back to the bar area??? We loved our cosy time next to the fire in the Atholl bar for the past few years but it seems now that ship has sailed and we will take our hard earned cashed elsewhere!! Really disappointing!!!
