Red Fox Restaurant Tavern - Perth

I had a really great time here! I loved the feel and atmosphere of this space, very much a pub feel. The waitress was very nice, funny, and approachable, she made us feel welcome. She was very attentive, came by to check up often. The food I enjoyed very much, I got the wings and fries which were both delicious. Probably some of the best wings I’ve had in awhile. My spouse got a Mexican inspired burger which he really loved. Overall the food and the experience were both phenomenal to me, the only thing I would change is the garlic bread being on a thicker bread instead of a sandwich style bread! If I return to the area I will be coming back here!

The food is very expensive for what the establishment is..$9 for 2 small pieces of garlic bread and if you want to add cheese it was $3-$3:50 extra..I ordered the burger and it was very average for an $18 burger, the coleslaw was not edible as it was drowned in mayonnaise. I wouldn’t eat here again as the food is way to expensive for what you got, waitress was very rude, making snide remarks for NO REASON, myself and my group were thinking she needs to retire. You can’t help but feel like the place is trying to take every dollar they can from you, that’s seems to be the main priority instead of customer service. I will be supporting other Perth businesses that actually care about quality of service and food!

Well...what a surprise. Loved this soup. Stopped in for a dinner with the Duchess in the first week of re-opening. Very friendly atmosphere and good food.

We tried the daily special and a menu item. Both were very good for tavern food and pretty good overall. We would eat there again but wish they had a more interesting draught beer offerings.

We ordered a Reuben sandwich with fries and a beer, as well as Shepherd's pie with garlic bread, salad, and a glass of red wine. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. We were impressed by the fact that our beverage glasses were constantly refilled without any skimping, unlike at some other restaurants. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
