Nikki our server must be 3 weeks paid vacation an increase and employee of the month. not only was she super friendly she was throughout our meal, making sure that our coffee mugs and water mugs were full and we had everything we needed when our food came. Not everything we expected. Hubs I have a big take-out order to fill us for brunch and dinner, but I guess our expectations were too high for what we spent? The avocado toast sounded great when an assessment on its website said Super yum but much too much arugula and no radishes. In my case I had a lot of radishes, but the Arugula could not taste. The Caramel Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast was not so decadent that we had expected and tasted just like a sweet French toast. We wanted to make it a Stuffed French toast combo, but this combo comes strictly with 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage. As a vegetarian option, many restaurants allow 2 eggs, and hash brews, but Corky 's not this option when we ask. Breakfast Burritos come with scrambled eggs, haash brown, bacon, sausage cheese. We asked the vegetarian option of avocado instead of bacon and sausage, but all we could do was remove the bacon and sausage from $10.59 Burritos (w/ no price reduction) and avocado for another $1.49?. The best part of breakfast Burritos was the hot salsa? Finally we thought 'd treat us a piece of reese's cheesecake when we read the site review, It was amazing! Peanut butter cracks in every bite. We did not find any real peanut butter bites, it was really a pretty basic cheesecake and not as rich as it sounded. We actually had to go inside and ask for the cheesecake after we were handed over the bag, didn't seem big enough to have everything in it. When I asked, the cashier had forgotten to pack it, so I'm glad we didn't discover it after the car and unpack it! One last comment for With vegetarian food, they had a sign that all burgers can now be impossible for just $3 more. Although we are always happy to see Impossible Burger offered, we usually don't pay more than $1-2 to upgrade?

This place is the best... Cobb Sandwich is so good. Chorizo Burrito is huge. And the breakfast quesadilla from this world.

Corky's is the perfect place for breakfast. I always go with the barnyard breakfast for $10. Good value. The chicken and the waffles were also delicious.

Visited early Saturday morning around 8am and the place was already pretty full. However, we were given a seat pretty quickly. I got the Raspberry French Toast and I've been thinking about them ever since. They were absolutely scrumptious. They had the option to do just the French toast or the combo option that brings eggs, bacon or sausage. I'll definitely be going back for some more of that French toast!!
