Hardee's - Peoria

Staff not so friendly, place could use a good cleaning, tables as well. I don’t like to have to go out to lunch and clean my own table off first

We had a coupon from a school fundraiser book that says valid through Dec 2023 and lists that stores address on it as a participating store. The manager was rude. Said we were trying to use old coupons and that they didn't participate and then crumpled it up and threw it and told my boyfriend he shouldn't be so cheap to use buy one get one free coupons. I have left feedback with corporate as well.

It was a bit slow. However, there were only 2 workers. The worker up front was very pleasant and friendly. The man in the back even called forward to say hi, while he continued to work.

This sounds crazy but I stop by this hardee's every time I go to pick up my son from college. Food is always good and suprizingly friendly service.

After getting home and not receiving all of my food items I was informed I either returned to the restaurant or would not receive my items. It is a bit of a drive and did not want to return today. This policy is theft, and unacceptable! Sad that a large company does not have a better replacement policy!
