Shrimp Basket Pensacola Warrington

We ate here twice we enjoyed it so much! Delicious flounder, stuffed crab, crawfish and shrimp. Great hush puppies too. But, the biggest star was the cheese grits! It reignited my love for the dish. My son loved the popcorn shrimp and it was amazing. The ladies working were sweet and helpful. This is definitely a staple for when we're in the area. My only con is I wish the portions were bigger.

Ended up here because the place we were looking to go was closed. What a pleasant surprise. We ordered fish/shrimp tacos, the red snapper over rice, fried pickles, caramel key lime pie and a boozy frozen drink. It was all excellent. The sweet tea is probably some of the best we have had. If you are into oysters they have them for $0.79 each. Not sure if that was a special or regular price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because although our server was sweet she kept telling us how tired she was and as soon as she asked about something she would turn and walk away without giving us a chance to talk or ask questions. I'm guessing she is young and inexperienced. She has great potential though.

Customer service was great quick. Food quality could have been better. Maybe it just wasn't what I thought it should be I'm not used to the shrimp cooked like that or the slaw with sweet pickles or relish taste in it. The amount of food for the price could have been better too in my opinion. I had a combo with grilled shrimp white fish. I usually love shrimp but it was too seasoned for me.

Great experience when it was my first time here! The workers were welcoming and the food was delicious. I'd come back to see Pensacola from now on!

Amazing food. Hands down the best place to eat in this area. Great portions, service and options. The coconut shrimp was YUM!
