McDonald's - Pensacola

I tried the order machine there, everything went smoothly as its similarity with others until I came to the end. They weren't really clear about the number. And even after I found out, I still had to pay at the top? Then why do you even have the machine? Fries seem to be slandered as if it were not healed (maybe they gave me someone else) and there was no ketchup available (the staff also had to ask). Other than that, food was good, staff was friendly, restaurant was very cleaned, and I love that they still do the $1 drinks. Price as a whole was also good.

I come here almost every day, whether I eat or work. A good part of my business comes from here. I think the only problem here is that they are short-occupied. So it's understandable if they run a little slower than you expect. I had problems with some of my orders before, but nothing too bad. I think they just need a few more employees to keep up with the busy times.

Greg in the register is a very upright man. Very polite and even mentioned the sale and help our 2 children find out what they want. Food was cooked perfectly came fast. Greg himself also kept the lobby immaculate. Good work!

Customer service was great! The food was also good, and the lobby was very clean. I see other bad reviews, but the person in the register is new and thus the service has improved. Our family also got a free apple cake because the hashbrown came behind our food.

Nice, friendly service. Order picking could be a bit better. Besides, everything is ok.
