This place is horrible especially in the mornings don’t waste your time at penhold tim Hortons everything about this place is disgusting and the staff are so disrespectful I am surprised that this place hasn’t been shutdown we waited 20 minutes to get a couple drinks and a framers wrap no other Tim Hortons that I have been to took that long at this point you might as well go to Innisfail A&W to get a coffee there

I’ve struggled with whether to leave a review or not. As someone who typically sucks it up when poor customer service is received, it’s happened far too often at this location to not vocalize.I don’t know what’s shifted in this location in the last three months, but whatever it is, it’s not good.The wait times at the drive through are horrendous. Abysmal! I’ve been left waiting 10 minutes in line with only 4 vehicles in front of me, only to continue to wait another 4 at the window for a coffee. That’s right, One single coffee.Two times now the coffee has been poured and left waiting on the counter with me staring at it. For four minutes. Employees are buzzing around doing lord knows what, but nobody is willing to take payment and hand one their goods. It’s mind boggling.One time I finally tapped on the window after watching someone walk back and forth for four minutes, again with my coffee sitting there on the counter, and the employee was ignorant and obnoxious. Where’s the apology for the wait, where has the customer service gone??I will now gladly drive a few minutes down the road to the overpass location every time to avoid the chaos and hassle of this location.But if you have time to burn and want your coffee served with a dash of resentment then the Penhold location is the place for you!

Worst timmys in all of alberta, takes 15 minutes to get a coffee they are brutaly slow and show be shut down or have the oewner changed to someone who will take care and manage there business
