Noodles And Dumplings Pecos

Was through and decided to stop. I ordered the sommee and let me say it was the best I ever had. also the bowl was big enough to fit a football. next time I'm going through there, I'm gonna stop definitiw again.

All I can say is wow! The service was amazing. Alexa greeted me at the door and gave great recommendations and all the employees were smiling. Everything is clearly made from scratch and prepared carefully.I am a chef and I’ve eaten at Asian restaurants across the country and this is right up there with the best of them. Do not forget to ask for their garlic chili oil with your order, the crispy bits of garlic make the heat addictive! I cannot wait to go back and order some noodles so I can watch them HAND PULL the noodles for the soup!

We were staying one quick night in town before heading to Balmorhea and found this place had pretty good ratings, so we went to check it out.It did not disappoint! Best Chinese food I have had since I was last in San Francisco years ago. Reminded me of my childhood Chinese food eateries. Delicious, fresh food, and wonderful service!No food remained after our family ate there.Orange chicken, fried rice, and the chocolate bao were awesome. Cute little place with great cuisine. Highly recommend.

Legit noodles and dumplings! Very surprised to find such good Chinese food and noodles in Pecos Tx. I'm guessing the lady cooking is the owner. She handmakes the noodles and dumplings right in front where you can see. This place was just as good as what we get in Houston. I did wish there was a little more veggie in my ginormous bowl of soup. Try the hand pulled noodles and any stir fry. The soup will help rehydrate you. Definitely will return.

Large portions. The dumplings are hand made and delicious. The kung Pao was good but the vegetables were little tea and had a big chunks of onions.The service was really good!
