If you're looking for a true taste of Mexican cuisine keep looking. I grew up all over Arizona and spent over 20 years in Tucson. I've had the real deal made by my friend's abuelas and real food from the authentic hole in the wall restaurants. The cooks apparently don't know how to wrap a burrito. The enchilada was not shredded beef but ground beef paste that looked like it was actually cat food. The manager swore it was a white corn tortilla for the enchilada but I know the difference and this was flour. The enchilada sauce was ice cold like it came out of the fridge. The saving grace was the chicken quesadilla. That was really good and the hot salsa is worth asking for. Add the Modelo on tap and it helped with the other massive disappointments. What can anyone expect from a MX restaurant in Mississippi. El comer de Gringo. Honestly I should have gone to Taco Bell for the money. Once I started speaking Spanish to the servers I couldn't get anyone to help anymore. Had to walk to the manager to pay my tab. If you're looking for good food go elsewhere. Vegetarian options: Veggies are what food eats! ? Kid-friendliness: Bland kids menu for the little ones.

Service was great. Chicken Happy Plate was good. Burrito was not good. Shrimp enchiladas..they only had 3 small Shrimp on each. Not even close to enough for $12.99 . My frozen margarita was awful. Normally when a customer doesn't drink a special beverage the server will question if everything was okay. I'm guessing they knew it wasn't.

Not a pleasant dinner. The guacamole is nothing more than avocado dip, no spices onions or tomato’s. One of the workers sat by the front door talking loudly on his phone the whole time I was there. So much for a peaceful dinner.
