Plouffe's Diner Pub - Pawtucket

I ordered my food through Grubhub and was disappointed to find that the Lumberjack Special I ordered did not come with the promised home fries and toast. Despite this, the food was still great, although I couldn't enjoy the pancakes as there was not enough syrup provided. I paid $17 for eggs and pancakes that I couldn't fully enjoy, so I probably won't be ordering from this restaurant again. Please update your menu to accurately reflect what is included with each dish to avoid any further confusion. I prefer to have toast with my eggs, so it was a bit disappointing to not receive it.

Service was ok. We got our food after another table who came way after us. We only order French toast and a breakfast sandwich. The server was barely apologetic and put the blame on other people. The place was cute but Service could be better

The food was tasty, but the service from the waitress was lacking. Despite there being only 2-3 tables to serve, she never refilled our coffee and took a long time to take our order. Overall, the service was slow.

Do you own a good truck that was at the crafts show at the Warwick Civic Center on Sat 11/20? I had the most disgusting nachos ever. They were merely tortilla chips buried in a lot of cheez whiz. Disgusting!! The steak sub was also buried in cheez whiz! This made a sloppy mess that was difficult to eat while waiting on customers. What is with the cheez whiz? And I had to wait and ask for napkins! With this mess of food I was given, many, many napkins were essential. Your website looks like a place I would frequent. Maybe you need to see who was cooking at the food truck??

We came out of town and some friends took us here. It was fun to see pictures and memories I've never seen before. And pictures and memories of our friends. The food and service was great! Hopefully we will come back to the city next time!
