Roma's Italian - Pauls Valley

Everything tasted fresh and made with care. A great option if you're in town and craving Italian food.

Party of 2. Establishment is dim lit. Restaurant was slow at 6p. Wait staff were all young, high school or early college age and more interested in their phones than service. Food was mediocre. Sauces tasted like they were from a jar and the Chicken Parmigiana was definitely a frozen chicken patty. Drinks were never filled, despite asking more than once. Parking: Romas is attached to a gas station. There is plenty of parking but expect to navigate semis and gas station patrons.

The food is amazing every time I come here... The service is helpful and kind the ambiance is quite with great music.
