Carnitas Del Bajío - Patterson

This is the spot in town for pork Mexican food. However they lack customer service skills. They usually won’t even acknowledge walk in customers until they are done doing what they are doing.

Carnitas are amazing here! Good portion for the 1 1/2 pound.. and good pricing. Will be coming again.

Place is neat, food is great. However, there’s a slight hesitation when asked for extra salsa.

Their tortas are crisp, crunchy, and fresh. Their salsa roja is on point and makes you sweat. And no matter how busy they are, they always greet you with a smile and an immaculate, shiny, clean kitchen!!!! Plus, they have the best carnitas in the valley!!!!!!!!!

Good location to eat, service is good, the rice is a bit hard that’s all. Their carnitas are on point though, they have other meats too even though it’s not on the menu. They have asada and chicken as well
