My wife and I are super fans of oysters and seafood, so when our AirBNB host highly recommended this place as her personal local favorite, it did not disappoint! We indulged in dozen+half oysters (our favorites were the peconic gold and mermaid makeout), their award-winning clam chowder, fried oysters on the rocks, margaritas, and the local IPA. Three standout points: firstly, the award-winning chowder truly deserves all its accolades; secondly, the oysters were the freshest and most delicious we've ever had in our 30 years on this rock; and lastly, Long Island doesn't skimp out on their alcohol--my wife's cocktails were potent! A double thumbs-up from my wife and myself; I'm fully on board with the local hype and can't wait to return!
