Never visit this location again. The rep who made my order didn’t know how to make my sandwiches. The meat didn’t cover the entire bun and I had to ask for more toppings twice. $20 order had to asked for more onions black olives. If this is this location’s normal then she needs retraining. Order maybe It was just me.
The lady with blue hair who usually works there is really rude, and not very customer friendly. They are very understaffed as well so its always here. Other than the slightly rude and bad customer service.. she is pretty fast and efficient. I have no issues with their food. The inside is not that bad. I would say the ambiance is ok. Oh and don't mess up your order because she will throw a fit and get mad. For now on, I am going to a different subway. Im letting everyone I know about it too.
In this branch there is a worker who treats foreigners very badly. She is a purple haired girl with piercings on her face. She has done it to me and to other friends as well. When she sees that you don't speak English fluently or that it's hard for you to speak it, you make bad gestures with your face when serving you, even once when I went and spoke to her, she went to the back of the premises and told her partner to help me herself. ... I've been going to that place for about 6 months and she's always there at noon on weekdays... I find it unbelievable that a person who serves the public with such a degrading attitude continues to work in that place.
I'm hungry so I decide to visit one of my favorite restaurants Subway! I walk in not sure what I want, look at the new menu and see prices Are like 10 bucks for a footlong... I finally find the BMT I'm looking for which is only $7.99 I'm ready to walk out but ask the attendant if they honor the subway coupon that I had in my hand, that I received in the mail, from Subway, for a footlong sub for $5.49, thinking I can still make this work, but the attendant says they don't accept any coupons... I respectfully asked the attendant to pass on my thought that the owner can KMA and left. I have to say I have never heard of a restaurant refusing to honor coupons sent by their corporate entity and I'm a little irritated that I was drawn in by a coupon and told that the do NOT accept any coupons I'll never return to this location, or the Broad Street location in Pataskala, and will actively discourage everyone I know from patronizing these 2 locations.
