Bidrage med feedbackSaturday morning is likely downtime for this office despite being in a fairly busy neighborhood. It's a rare opportunity to have Starbucks almost to us. Most guests drop by before work, after their morning run, or as a stop for a quick bite with coffee to fix their caffeine, and then drive to another place like us. There are also some who hang around enjoying a cup or two. Weekend mornings are probably the best time to have a quiet cup of coffee here while in the area. This branch is bathed in warm light and offers comfortable seats. Perfect for a coffee date with friends or beau. Seats are limited though, but they have a second level that I didn't see. The staff were all very friendly, a happy bunch early in the morning. The service was quick. Coffee was great as expected. We also ordered waffles and smells which really satisfied our sweet tooth. Just enough sugar for a busy day.
Service was quick and the barista was pretty bubbly. (I think her name was Jane. Not sure.) My usual Starbucks order is the green tea frappe with added scoops of green tea powder and drizzled chocolate on top of the whipped cream. But only this branch made me have a drink with chocolate syrup on the walls of the mug, similar to last year's double chocolate green tea frappe. ????
This is a nice place if you just want to relax and have a nice place to be alone (lol) or maybe to talk to someone privately. There are only a few people here (or maybe we're just lucky). I just hope they can serve their orders faster ???? ☺️ ????????
So we started this Sunday's Kapitolyo Food Crawl at no other than at a Starbucks. A reliable meeting place or in our case a great starting place since most establishments open late on a Sunday. This branch features a roof terrace on the 2nd floor offering views of the Mandaluyong / Pasig skyline, in fact this branch sits right on the boundary between the 2 cities. For pastries I always recommend their Cinnamon Danish (65 PHP) for its size and value. For the most part that's the only thing I actually enjoy in Starbucks, other than the French toast. eater.ph
