Sizzlin' Steak - Pasig

Went out to find a great place to have dinner, and a friend recommended to try this one. At first I'm not expecting much good food here because this restaurant seemed like they have nothing new to offer, but we still tried tho. I was surprised how great the food they serve here. Upon entering, you can really commend the staff for their politeness and warm accommodation. As we were seated, the staff handed over the menu immediately. You will find choices of appetizers to desserts, but not too many of it. We ordered Creamy Corn soup, Chili con carne dip with Nachos, for the sizzling plates we had Sizzling Beef Rice, and Chicken steak. The soup was very delightful. It tasted really good, very creamy as well. It gave me the impression that this place serve delicious food. The sizzling plates were very flavorful, and you get to pick what sauce you wanna put in them, adding more spice and taste. The beef was very tender, the rice was seasoned well. But my favorite was the Chili con carne and nachos. Always been a fan of Mexican food, and I must say this was one of the best I tried. Very tasty, the nachos were cut not too thick, and not too thin for them to break apart easily. It was very cheesy and meaty. The price was very reasonable too. Not too much expensive for the quality they serve. The only bad thing I can say is I find the restaurant a little bit warm, and they need more lights I guess. But the dining experience was very good. Great flavors, and polite staff. Be coming back for sure.

Food is surprisingly good. Ambiance, service and price is so-so. Ordered Sizzling beef rice, cheese dip w nachos and corn soup. Cheep dip is the bomb!!

It's the closest thing to Pepper Lunch. And their version is too close to their competition. Sizzlin' Steak has fewer options but they are quality ones with novelty. My pick for lunch today was their Kimchi Beef Rice. Soft and juicy steak is served raw and cooks while you wait. It's best to add teriyaki and steak sauce together to add more buzzing flavor. Adding sauces fast tracks cooking time as well. I just wished there was less fat on beef and more kimchi. I also had their Mixed Greens Salad. It was typical and oddly sluggishly presented. It's good nevertheless since it was only Php 128. I did enjoy their ice cream which Nestle provides- Dark Chocolate with Banana Chips. You can have it at Php 89. alwayshungry.ph

Food was great! Crew was hospitable. S'mores! ???? it' affordable. Worth the price. Ambiance is a bit fine, needs more improvement. But, I'll still go back. ????
