Dutch Bros Coffee - Pasco

Sent friend to get mangonata. Asked for extra real strawberries and taking. They were out of real strawberries so put strawberry syrup instead and the extra tajin. Really gross.Wont even refreeze bwcauee of the sugar syrup.. Waste of my money. If I wanted to waste my time going to pasco where I never go I'd return for double refund. Never going there again. Ever.

We just moved to Pasco and have been here a few times. We have visited several Dutch locations between here and California and visited our previous home location almost daily. This is by far the worst service we have ever had. They’ve gotten our drinks wrong more than once, and are as slow as molasses. We will be visiting court st location from now on. Straight up the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Time after time, I come back in hopes that I might get that one employee that seems like they actually like their job but nope. : I had also asked for a Dutch mojito with strawberry and they handed me this. I asked them if there was strawberry in it. I looked at the drink and looked back at them and they said yes. You tell me if that looks like it has strawberry in it It just amazes me that they could look at this and say it has strawberry in it lolol.
