Napoli Italian Pasadena

We arrived shortly before our 1pm reservation on Mother’s Day. The restaurant had no record of our confirmed reservation. They were less than accommodating to resolve their error. Showed the hostess the confirmed reservation and was told that it would be 30-45 minutes. After waiting about 15 we decided to go elsewhere. Really question the value of using Open Table in the future!!!

Great food and service. Everyone in our party loved the place!

My family and I, all adults, table for 6, enjoyed everything! The music is so nice. You are able to have conversations among one another. The staff is very kind. You are not rushed for anything, from placing your order, to eating your meal, to finishing your conversation. Service had a smile from beginning to end from all staff members. The offering of warm bread and olive oil with its great mixed ingredients was impressive. The food was so delicious! This is not only my say so on the delicious flavor but also of my 5 family members who thoroughly enjoyed their servings of food. The price is just right! We did not order dessert only because my brother baked my birthday cake. Napoli is truly here to adhere, serve and please its valued customers, every time! I highly recommend.

First time there and it was fantastic. Their rolls are unbelievable! Can't wait to go back and try the pizza.

Valentine’s Day dinner. Last minute. Food took a while to come out but I’m pretty sure it’s because we ordered appetizers. Waitress was polite and helpful. Overall great experience
