Wendy's - Parsippany

I find that charging customers for spices is very cheap and in bad taste. When I spend money in your facility and ask for Ketchup Senf etc. I shouldn't say it's an extra dollar for her. That's what I experienced in this place. Then I asked to talk to a man and everyone, but came to talk to me. They didn't know the manager name that was gone or a company or district manager name. This is a badly managed setup, and this experience was not great. I left a lot of the fluff, but this is the basic part.

Two. I didn't like the food. The chicken was coarse, didn't feel well cooked, so it had to take off my salad. Apple Pecan is always my way to and this was the first time at every Wendys I was disappointed.

So I had to repeat my order three times because they laughed at something. And when I raised my voice for the third time when I came to the window, the lady was very rude.

No baked potatoes on thier menu. I had the chili cheese fries instead.

Great place to stop for food! The staff were all super friendly, there was not a long wait and we had several different orders. Our food was all hot and fresh.
