Kfc - Parry Sound

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant! Only the drive-through was open, and I waited 40 minutes in line. When I asked for sides with my 14-piece meal, I was told they had no salads available. I ended up choosing French fries and gravy. When I finally received my food, the chicken tasted burnt and lacked the delicious secret recipe flavor. It was clear that the oil needed to be changed as the chicken was not fit to eat. For $46, all I received was French fries and gravy. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered and paid online for two big crunch combos. When I arrived at the designated time, the doors were locked even though it was only 4:30. I had to go through the drive-thru and waited for 45 minutes, only to be told that they didn't have my order. I expressed my concerns and mentioned that I would file a complaint, but they didn't seem to care and said that head office wouldn't do anything about it. I told them that in a small town, this kind of service could impact their business, but they didn't think so and believed that people would still come regardless. I have decided that I will never go back there again.

Wow...there is a new location on Bowes Street. The food was terrible. The chicken was not golden...it was chocolate brown. The large sides, gravy and potato salad, were served in three small containers. Disappointing.

Terrible dirty washroom. Dirty windows. Store in general was filthy. Chicken has changed. Bland. Small. More greasy than I remember. Quick.

So you might think, that on a Tuesday Evening, around 7 pm that a chicken place might have some chicken. It’s after the main rush...still a couple hours to closing,... and seeing as they only sell, pretty much, one thing....that being chicken, that they may get be able to supply a hungry customer one who lives in this town) with , oh, I don’t know, maybe some chicken? Well, don’t assume that this would be the case. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait for said chicken. Not for the first time at this terrible location either...probably the 3rd or 4th time in the last couple moths or so. The staff are rude, the pop machine spits out the weakest excuse for soft drinks, and they never participate in Extra Crispy when offered nationally....never. So even though your buds may be set on a little Dirty Bird, you might be better off at Swiss Chalet. Good thing there’s one right across the street. And that’s where we suggest you go ....they do have chicken there.
