Tim Hortons - Parksville

I have been going to this store for several years, and now it is a total clown show. Never gets my orders right, and they just don't care. Bad attitude, bad customer service. Save your energy and cash for a store that deserves support.

I must admit that I am a fan of Tim Hortons, but when we brought our guests from the UK with us this morning, they loved the breakfast and muffins. They were also very impressed with how clean the restaurant was.

Always painfully slow after 6. They always say “I’ll be right with you” so they don’t get backed up inside. Works the opposite of McDonald’s.

Im not a Tim Hortons user by any means. a co worker gave me a gift card at xmas. We bought lunch. I didnt eat the whip Topping on my mocha drink and it sat for three weeks in the cup and became hard like some kind of putty. Tims hortons says it wants to change? They can use whip cream instead of whip topping for starters. I gave what was left on the gift card to a family member who is a regular Tims user.

I hate to leave negative reviews but i am so done with the staff here. Every. Single. Time. I come here they miss part of my order. The staff always seems a bit rude and i’m just so sick of coming here and having to go back through the stupid drive through to get what i want. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but i’m sick and tired of having to go back through.
