Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

This is my second time in this place first time we were coming we were very happy we are in banana split and it was delicious very well may and this time we come in we were buried disappointed that one split was very very bad. The ice cream was one scoop was big another scoop was medium. The other was scoop was Harley to Sea in the plate, it was whipped cream was halfway melt and sounds like a people working right here. Today was a potty show in the office. Everybody was very slapping screaming in the back office now putting attention about the job and pretty much I’m very disappointed and definitely I don’t coming back. I’m going to looking for another store around my neighborhood.

Best ice cream around, hands down. Unique limited time flavors such as root beer float milk or apple crisp ice cream.

I am highly disappointed with my recent customer experience. From the supervisor to the shift leader to the associate. Not one of these employees had a clue about providing quality customer service. Simply a stoic/robotic experience! There was no eye contact or greeting and frankly, I don't fault the associate because there was clearly no positive leadership or service oriented example exemplified for a trainee to follow.
