Sushi Blue - Park City

The first time here and that was really nice and delicious. My waitress was a double team as a host and waitress and she was just great. I was fully impressed by the presentation, price and taste.

I love this place. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the decor was designed. In the background was faint classical rock. Kinda tied up the Americanization sushi. We had the crushed spits for a starter and I can't start telling you how great it was. The crispy Macadamia nuts with the soft slightly sweet golden raisins and then you are punched with the salty pork and soy. It was Dessert quite a lot The roles were above average and what made that, were the sauces. The Wasabi aioli and the unagi sauce perfect. In any case will return.

Sushi Blue is a great sushi restaurant. The fish is always fresh and tasty and they prepare it perfectly. You have a full selection of all your favorite sushi and serve it in all ways you want it. You have a wide selection of beer and Saki and the atmosphere is also great. Get it early or make sure to make a reservation as they are usually busy during the ski season. If you like sushi... you'll like sushi blue... I guarantee it.

Every time we're in town, we have to come here. The service was always excellent, food is amazing, never a bad or disappointing experience here. Yesterday we ordered the spare ribs and thought it was similar to other fusion kitchen and it was so good and just a huge rib!! Friend loved it.

The best food and service EVER in the Park City area! For our 5th year in a row at Deer Valley, we decided to venture out from the downtown area.. and it was a major win! Blue Sushi should be called Golden Sushi, as everything, from the apps to the dessert were phenomenal. Michaela, our expert and personable wait staff, started and ended our evening with a mega watt smile, great attention to detail, and a quick and speedy turnaround on any ask which were quite a few from our table of seven. It was an extremely busy Friday night, yet we got the attention and service as if we were the sole table in the room. Our drinks were icy and healthy pours, and each plate was a foodie's photo delight the only thing better than the presentation was the delicious bite of every roll, every piece, and every bite. Do yourself a supreme favor; head over to Blue Sushi but ensure you request Michaela!
