Maxwell's East Coast Eatery Park City

East coast thin crust pizza? with the lightest crust I ever had, but still crunchy without flop! They throw theirbown crust and the pizza cheese has a little parmisian taste, but still very good. There is a huge bar with very large stands that are great for groups. This is our place when in PC and has beautiful half-quiet atmosphere for a bar/food connection. Great for families or watch the football game. Also very friendly service and they offered on any NFL game I wanted.

The service was good. We sat immediately, the server was ready to take orders, and the food was faster than expected. The food was decent, but not for the price we paid unfortunately. I have the big ravioli, but they were like 70% pasta and 30% filling. It was good to try a new place, but we didn't want to go back.

I'll start by saying the atmosphere is okay! The staff was warm, but not friendly. Our waiter was preoccupied, but he was very polite. It is difficult to be attentive to the guests/customers if you do not put them first. My favorite thing about this trip was the Cannolis. Hands down they were amazing crispy the ricotta was cinnamon sugar sweet. Secondly, the Philly should be. We bought it with all additional vegetables and two types of cheese. The Food Truck

Meatball sub was delicious. They have those double dipped, crispy fries that are really tasty. First visit here and will return. We love staying at Newpark once or twice a year for a couple of nights which is convenient too have this place right downstairs. Service was a little slow but I think that was due to a bigger party at the time my group was there but the server was on the ball with everything
