Bidrage med feedbackAside from their famous fried chicken, I also like the Kare Kare at Max's. I only wish there's more meat in it. It was around lunchtime when we went there and the place was packed. There was a bit of waiting time for our food. I was hungry by then good thing they also sell pastries at their Corner Bakery. I bought some cake roll slices to eat while I wait for our food to be served. Their Corner Bakery is so underrated as they also have great tasting pastries such as cakes and the like.
Came here with my mom grandma. They got the same set menu I got the lechon sisig bowl. I was afraid the bowl was gonna be small and I'd have to order more food, but it was actually a really generous serving. I loved the flavor and crunchiness of the sisig. Ate my mom's tofu too bc she's not allowed and I was surprised with how it actually tastes like something???? Tofu usually tastes like nothing, but theirs had some sort of sauce they tossed into it while cooking. Very good, creamy too. We were all very full after this. And of course, I had a caramel bar too, which to no surprise has always been a childhood favorite of mine. Service was very lively (esp for this time, at dinner) and the guard was also considerate bc my mom and grandma were waiting for seats first by the bench mear the entrance and I just sat on the armrest. The guard came and offered me a chair. Good service definitely made this dinner a good one
Max 's Chicken is always the best for me. Regardless of the branch that I visited, there is no other fried chicken. As the saying goes, sarap to the bones .
If ever you’re looking for good Pinoy food and chicken Max is the way to go, yo! Everything tastes great here. The space is huge enough to accomodate 150 peeps or more. Sarap to the bones dito forever!
