Mcdonald's - Paragould

WHY DOES MCDONALD'S COOK THEIR BURGERS ABOUT 2 OR 2 MINUTES LONGER THAN THEY NEED THAT BE COOKED.!! BY DOING THIS, IT MAKES THE BURGERS TASTE DRY.??

Visited this fast food spot for breakfast and left disappointed. I ordered via the app, my order was not large, and after arriving to the restaurant, it was not very busy but I was directed to wait in a spot. After waiting 10 minutes, my order was delivered except it was not my order. I took my order in and waited another 20 minutes to get my order cooked fresh and it still was not correct after that and the pies that I was given said they should have been eaten before 8:30 and it was 11:20. They gave me some free cookies so I guess that's something.

I ordered on the app, picked up at the drive thru, but the cleanliness of the building, parking lot, and what you can see in the servers area was impressive. Staff at both windows were very friendly and quick. A marked improvement from the last time I visited this establishment.

Cancelled my mobile order after I got there to pick up, walked in to ask why and try to order at the register and just stood there while all the staff was in the back yelling and laughing, manager came up to the register with another employee and just looked at me and both walked off without even saying a
