Amazing traditional food, very kind staff and value for money! Totally recommended!!

Good range of dishes on the menu, really good moussaka and very reasonably priced. We were given a couple of free side dishes with our mains, a free Cypriot lemon dessert, which was delicious, and when we asked for coffees after the meal we were not charged. We waved to the chef on our way out and he came out of the kitchen to shake hands and wish us a good journey. Definitely worth stopping off for, but bring your appetite because the portions are huge.

If you ever find yourself at Platres you have to visit this amazing family-run restaurant for both great prices and perfectly cooked homemade and traditional food made with love and respect for the customer! The staff is very friendly, definitely a place I'd visit again.

The lads made a real fuss of us on our second visit yesterday. Great service!!! Highly recommend it. Food is delicious. Traveling back up from Coral Bay next month. Can't wait!
